New BoK Course

There is a new BoK course that everyone should check out. It’s called Avon Customer Connect & explains all the details about the new customer connect program to reconnect “stranded” customers with a new representative.  The course description says this course is approx 30 minutes long but I completed the course in around 15 minutes. 

Also if you haven’t done so already, click on profile & then click to enroll in the customer connect program. You must be enrolled & meet the qualifications to get customer leads.

Always try to encourage customers, even ones that never order online, to go to your eStore & register. This way, if you would quit selling Avon, these customers could be reconnected with a new rep.  This is also a good way to get their info, such as phone number & email address so you can better contact them. (for example, send out newsletters).
