You may have noticed that your ordering screen looks alittle different? Well here is an explaination of these changes. If you have any questions about these changes, please contact Avon customer service.

In an effort to improve the online experience of our Representatives and the servicing of Avon Customers, we’re pleased to announce enhancements to, effective November 3, 2011.

eRepresentative Enrollment Now Required for All Representatives
Enrolling for the eRepresentative program makes available to Representatives the Web Office suite of tools which are now FREE as a result of One Simple Fee. Beginning November 3, Registered Representatives who are not enrolled in the eRepresentative program will be required to do so by accepting the policies and procedures of the program on When logging in, these Representatives will receive an online message prompting them to accept these terms before they will be permitted to submit orders or perform any other activity online. For new Representatives to, this enrollment will be part of their registration process.

While Representatives will be required to enroll in the program to take advantage of these tools, having an Avon Personal Web Page and Online Store will be optional. In addition, Representatives may be asked if they are interested in participating in Avon’s Customer Referral Program, open to all Representatives. This program powers the matching of existing and new Customers shopping online with an active eRepresentative (when they qualify).

New and Improved “My Orders” Page
With this change, Representatives will also be able to take advantage of a number of improvements made to the “My Orders” page of including:

a new look and feel more intuitive navigation making it easier for Representatives to find their Customers, their Customers’ purchase history, profiles, products, and past orders easier Customer and product information look-up one-click access to Customer Profiles
